Masks are required in all common areas at the Sonoran Sea. Only 2 people (if not with your group) allowed in the elevator at a time. Masks may be removed when you are in a lounge chair at the pool, or in the pool or hot tub. All other times and places you must wear a mask.

Looking to stay at the Sonoran Sea Resort?

You can book with Casago, the designated rental agency for the Sonoran Sea Resort. Some Sonoran Sea Resort owners also self-rent their condo’s through various sites such as Airbnb or VRBO.

Resort Info

The Sonoran Sea has 1,2,3 and 4 bedroom condos, free high speed internet, 3 beach front swimming pools (one heated during winter), an onsite dive shop, a swim up bar, family and adult jacuzzies, convenience store, on-site restaurant, fitness center, children’s playground, tennis court, basketball court, pickleball court and 24 hour security.

3 Beachfront Pools, 2 Jacuzzi’s, Swim Up Bar, Kids Slide, Tennis Court, Basketball Court, and Pickleball court – there is something for everyone!

Restaurant de Ramon

The onsite restaurant is a favorite for residents. Open daily (except Tuesday) from 8AM – 9:00 PM. Happy Hour is every day from 2 – 6 pm. Sunday breakfast buffet from 8 AM – 12 Noon. Room Service Available – call 382-8005.

On-site Fitness Center

Open from 6AM – 9PM – the onsite fitness center has treadmills, stair steppers, free weights, etc.

Convenience Store

Located off the lobby of the resort, the convenience store has a variety of items available for purchase. Hours: Every day from 7am – 11pm.

On-Site Concierge

Located in the lobby of the Sonoran Sea, the onsite Concierge offers a variety of services ranging from rentals for paddle boards, snorkeling, and kayaks to reserving a personal chef or arranging delivery of flowers. See a list of their services here. Hours – daily (except Wed & Sun) from 9am – 5pm; Wed 2pm – 5pm; and Sunday 10am – 1pm.

Sandy Beach

Sandy Beach, is Rocky Point’s most popular stretch of shoreline. This lengthy expanse of powdery golden sand backs onto our beautiful resort. The public beach is perfect for families, offering ample space for volleyball or sandcastles.

Puerto Peñasco

Puerto Peñasco, also known as Rocky Point or “Arizona’s Beach”, is a resort town located in the Puerto Peñasco Municipality in the northwest of the Mexican state of Sonora. It is located on the northern shores of the Sea of Cortez on the small strip of land that joins the Baja California Peninsula with the rest of Mexico. It is one of the most important tourist destinations in northern Mexico. It is the closest beach to Phoenix, Tucson and Yuma.
