The HOA requires all condo owners to provide the following items which are kept on file in the HOA office:

• Drivers License / Passport Copy
• Information Update Form
• Sales Contract or 1st Page of Trust Document
• Pet Registration (if applicable)
• Homeowners Insurance Policy
• A key to your condo for emergency access.
• Annual Inspection Report
• SRO’s Only – Signed MOU.

The tables below show the current status of documents / keys on file with the HOA office. Please make sure your items are up to date. Beginning Feb 1, 2022, a fine of $200/mo will be charged to condos that do not have all key documents on file.  If you have questions or think something is in error, please contact the HOA Office.
