Policy Purpose: The Sonoran Sea Resort reserves the right to evict any guest, renter, and/or friend of owner due to inappropriate behavior on the property or towards any individual in the resort.

CCR Reference: 

ARTICLE 17.– it is forbidden to make noise and/or cause disturbance on the property after 10 PM. Security Staff will give notice to guests violating this article. If the noise continues and Security Staff must come back for a 3rd time, the guests will be evicted.

Notes: The reasons for immediate evection include but are not limited to:
    • Property Damage
    • Physical abuse towards other guests, owners and or staff
    • Drug Use in common areas, balconies or inside the unit
    • Verbal abuse towards other guests, owners and or staff
    • Nudity will not be allowed in the common areas nor the balconies
    • Possession and/or use of explosives (Article 17. II)

In case of resistance from the individual being evicted, the Resort Staff will request the assistance from the police department.

If the reason for eviction requires reimbursement for damages to the property, the Resort Staff will request a quote to reverse the damage and will collect the money from the aggressor. If the individual refuses to pay for the damages the police will be contacted, and an official police report will be filled to collect damages.

If security has to continue to enforce the rules on the same guests during a small period of time (1 Day) Security can evict the guests for continuing infractions.

Security Staff will report every eviction to the HOA Office every 15 days to include in the biweekly reports to update the AC.
